Funda360 — school management platform
A multi-tenant platform that brings school administration, learner records, admissions and role-aware access into one operational system.
The business problem
School administration often spans paper records, spreadsheets, disconnected tools and manual hand-offs. That makes visibility difficult and causes every new requirement to become another process to manage.
The approach
Auris Nexus designed a single platform where each school operates as an isolated tenant, with roles and permissions reflecting how administrators, finance users, teachers and guardians actually work.
What was built
- Multi-tenant school architecture
- Learner registry, admissions and alumni management
- Staff and employee management
- Executive dashboards and operational visibility
- Role-based access and secure authentication
- Two-factor authentication for sensitive roles
Engineering
Funda360 is a React and TypeScript web application backed by PostgreSQL through Supabase. Tenant isolation and role permissions are enforced at the data layer with row-level security rather than relying only on the interface.
Outcome
The platform provides a structured foundation for school administration and onboarding additional schools without rebuilding the system for each organisation.
